Our skilled paint department features 4 different PPG paint systems;  we can help find the right one to fit your budget and specifications. To minimize the time that your vehicles are out of service, our paint shop has both a day and a night shift – this means our painting facility runs fully staffed 16 hours a day.

    In order to accurately match the paint color on your trucks, we have invested in a high-tech piece of equipment called the Color Eye. It digitally analyzes your vehicles color and in seconds provides us with an exact color match.

We have two large paint booths. One is a 60-foot, flash dry, 2.5 million BTU, cross draft with filter in and out air. Our second booth, installed in 2003, is a 40-foot, flash dry, 2.8 million BTU, cross draft with filter in and out air.

These specifications ensure that your vehicle's paint job is free of imperfections and that it cures more rapidly. Both booths are DEQ approved with all required permits. We can easily accomm odate any size truck,from Ford F-250s, 36 ft flat bed trailers, to concrete trucks and anything in between.

    In order to maintain our high standard, our professional staff must complete our in-house certification program before they ever lay a hand on your vehicle. They’re also required to continuously upgrade their skills with new paints and equipment by attending 2 PPG training classes every year. This commitment to training combined with our 9-Step Paint and Preparation Process guarantee that you’ll get the best work possible.

    As a result of our effort to create one of the Northwest’s state-of-the-art paint departments, PPG selected PTC to be Portland’s only authorized training center. Even our competitors come to PTC’s facility to train!
